My post partum weight loss story!

Debasmita, just like others, started gaining weight during her pregnancy. She moved from 54 kg to over 72 kg by the time she delivered!

"Because of my extra weight, I used to feel so lazy and fatigued", she recalls. "I start losing hope that I can recover from it and was so depressed."

FROM STRUGGLING TO FIT INTO MY OLD CLOTHES TO SHOPPING FOR NEW, SMALLER ONES!

Nadir is a 35-year-old busy marketing head of a multinational company.

He had always been a little overweight but had never really paid much attention to it. However, one day he noticed that his trousers would not fit him and he realized that he had gained a significant amount of weight.

9 kg, acidity, disturbed sleep, high cholesterol - all gone!

A marine engineer, Supantho spent most of his time at sea. With mostly frozen food and bad food habits, he was becoming overweight.

And when he was on land, his friends and relatives would invite him and he couldn't say no to good food!

A healthy homemaking lifestyle

Rajni, just like every new bride, started observing weight gain during the early years of her marriage. She tried multiple things to reduce her weight, but couldn't see a big change on the scales.

Free from Knee Joint Pain

Dr. Sandeepa, a veterinarian hailing from Delhi, was managing a joint family along with 2 kids and a hectic professional life. All these were taking a toll on her health.

Pot Belly Gone!

Pavan, a software engineer, has been working for the past 10 years and lives with his wife and son. He leads an active and healthy lifestyle. He was enjoying his professional and family life.

When the pandemic started, like many professionals, he too started working from home. This interrupted his daily routine, be it eating or physical activity.

"My office work had no proper schedules, I used to start work in the morning and there was no end time to it", recalls Pavan.
