A younger and energetic mom!
When Shilpita gained 21 kg after her pregnancy, it wasn't about just losing this weight.
She had disturbed sleep, sweet cravings, low energy levels, work stress, knee pain and low vitamin C & D levels!
Around that time, she got in touch with a WQ coach, who also happened to be her husband's schoolmate.
"It wasn't an easy road for sure", recalls Shilpita, "but I was committed to making it happen".
She never gave excuses and worked diligently on the suggestions made by her coach.
Within the next few months, her health started improving.
Apart from losing 16 kg, all her earlier health issues improved quite a lot!
