CAN I BECOME HEALTHY TOO?
"I saw my friend posting her 20+ kg post-pregnancy weight loss transformation", recalls Rashmi. "And my first thought was can I do it as well?"
With a little hope and a little skepticism, she decided to approach a WQ coach.
A sedentary lifestyle, postponing the decision to exercise to the next day, eating empty calories just because it was convenient - all this had become an integral part of her life!
But this time, she decided to listen to her WQ coach and follow her guidance.
Was the journey easy? "Far from it", says Rashmi.
There were many health challenges - cravings, bloating, acidity, mood swings, and short temper...
But her coach guided her to focus on one step at a time.
Even when it was difficult to focus on weekly tracking due to her busy work schedules, she could take some time out at night and do what was necessary.
Making physical activity a part of her daily life routine was the most difficult for her, and that stands as her biggest accomplishment now!
"I'm proud of my 13 kg healthy weight loss in 4 months", says an excited Rashmi.
She's lighter, healthier, happier and no more a victim of her headaches, body pain, cramps or mood swings. Her sleep quality has improved as well!
