The excitement of getting a new job in Mumbai was short lived due to the demanding schedule to work until late nights and high-stress levels; says Tanaji'

When irregular eating habits, fitful sleep and a sedentary lifestyle became a routine, his weight gradually increased to 80 kg with increasing belly fat.

He was suffering from gastritis, weakness, fatigue, and low energy. Coming from a Pharma background, popping pills was an easy solution.

At one point in time, Tanaji felt "enough is enough." and started looking out for diet and health tips from the internet and social media which sounded promising, but they did not give any long lasting results.

By working with his WQ coach, he understood the importance of personalized support through a holistic approach and how a common diet wouldn't suit everyone.

"With a 10 kg weight loss, for the first time, I started feeling that my health is in my control. Now I have more energy to enjoy my life" says Tanaji with a smile.
