Govind, who was normally a very active and energetic person, had noticed a sudden drop in energy levels and increase in weight during the COVID phase. Since then, he was concerned about his health.

He got his blood tests done to verify his parameters. His tests revealed that he had a low hemoglobin level of 6.5 and his weight was 70 kg which was surprising for him since he had gained considerable amount of weight. He went to the doctor, who prescribed iron tablets and suggested he maintain a healthy lifestyle.

"When I asked my doctor for advice on how to lose weight and what kind of diet I should eat to boost my hemoglobin levels, without providing any explanation, the doctor just advised me to exercise, get enough sleep, and eat well."

Govind claims that despite following the doctor's advice and eating well, he did not notice any drastic changes in his health but only ended up with an upset stomach due to iron medication from the pharmacy.

In the meantime, he connected with a WQ coach, through a friend, who helped him understand the root cause of his problems.

Govind changed his lifestyle and began following the advice of his coach wherein he learnt the principles of healthy eating through guided exercise, portion control, and organic nutritional supplements that were easy to absorb, and he tolerated it well without any digestive issues.

Govind started to feel better and is more active after working with his coach for a month.

“I gradually lost 8 kg weight and my hemoglobin count increased to 13.5 from 6.5, which helped me feel more energetic. I can say after 4 months that, right now I am at my best. Thanks to my coach and the WQ community," declares Govind.
