Lost 13 kg and lethargy!
"When it's the right time for you, everything falls in place", says Arpit while talking about his health transformation journey.
He wanted to lose weight. He got in touch with Wellness Quotient and finally, he achieved his health goal!
And for people who have excuses, Arpit works 7 days a week.
Fit during college days, Arpit gained weight while working in his job.
At 87 kg, he had tried many things to lose weight. But he was looking for the right guidance which could help him maintain a sustainable weight, something that he received via his WQ coach who was also his college friend.
If his coach asked him to change something, he would just do it.
He always sought explanations, but that didn't become a reason for delaying the task assigned. Arpit was always up for challenges and in fact, his coach had to keep up with him.
After 3 months and losing 13 kg, he is now working on building muscles.
"I want to continue where most people stop", says Arpit proudly. "Having lost more than 6 inches on my waist and over 4 inches around hips and chest, I underwent a serious transformation!".
When asked about what benefits he saw, he mentions that his cravings, heel pain and headaches are gone. He is more energetic than ever and feels more active throughout the day.
