Becoming a better "you"
Being socially active has its advantages.
But for Pravin, government officer from Goa, it had a disadvantage.
He developed some poor eating habits due to his socially active lifestyle and took him to 111 kgs.
He thought joining a gym and cutting down on junk food will solve the problem. Unfortunately, the lock down threw a spanner in his plans!
Also, his weight gain started inviting troubles - shortness of breath, frequent cough and cold etc.
"The last straw was when I found out that I couldn't sit on the floor", he recollects with a sombre expression.
Thankfully his cousin introduced him to Wellness Quotient. In few weeks, he observed an improvement in energy levels, immunity and confidence levels!
After 6 months, Pravin lost a whopping 22 kg.
"At 89 kg, I am so much more energetic and confident. I can sit on the floor again!", says a delighted Pravin.
Pravin says that he cannot thank WQ enough for helping him to become a better version of himself.
