No more fear of going back to school days weight
Due to a sedentary lifestyle and a day-long sitting job, Rahul started to gain weight slowly.
He decided to make a change and contacted a WQ coach whom he had been following on FaceBook for a while. With all the inspiration and faith from the Wellness Quotient community, he started his health transformation program.
Following his coach's advice worked and Rahul could see a good change in his weight.
In spite of all the distractions during the program, he was able to maintain his weight and that made him more confident that he could sustain it.
"I managed to reduce my weight from 85 kg to 74.5 kg", says Rahul.
With another 4.5 kg to go, Rahul is super thrilled to reach his ideal weight of 70 kg!
