Lost my post-pregnancy weight!
Swati was struggling with post pregnancy weight for almost a year, after her second pregnancy.
In between, she lost some weight but gained it back again quickly. She was looking to lose this weight in a healthy way.
Around that time, she saw a social media post from one of her neighbours, who also happened to be a WQ volunteer. After an initial discussion, she got introduced to a WQ coach who explained to her the various pillars of good health and encouraged her to enroll in a health transformation program, which she did.
Over the next 3 months, she lost 10 kilos and 3 inches on her belly. Along with that, her cravings, mood swings, digestive issues and joint pain - all improved!
"During my health transformation journey, I attended 3 Rajasthani weddings", recalls Swati. "I was worried that I'll gain a lot of weight but to my surprise, my weight was stable!"
She likes the flexibility of the program and recommends it to everyone who wishes to work on their health.
