I can wear my college dresses now!

"I tried walking and some exercise tips from the internet, but I used to regain the weight after some time", says Pranati, who had been trying to lose her post-pregnancy weight!

It made her feel low on confidence. On top of that, acidity was a big issue for the last 3 to 4 years. She wanted to change her lifestyle.

When she saw one of her relatives make a positive U-turn with their lifestyle and health, she became curious! And after an initial discussion with a WQ coach, she was convinced that she has to get on this health program too!

"They improved my diet, suggested exercises relevant for me and guided me as per my height and weight", says Pranati. "This was a customized program as per my schedule and food habits"

During the program, she travelled to her home town and attended all the functions and still, her weight was constant! Her acidity has improved now and lost 14 kg and 5 inches on her belly.

"Immunity of my kids and myself also improved as my family started following these healthy habits too!", says Pranati happily.

She is so happy & confident to wear some of her western dresses which were lying in the cupboard for years! Most importantly, she lost the stubborn belly fat that she wasn't able to lose.
