These are the words of wisdom from Chandan, a 23 year old Hyderabad based accountant.
With thyroid and increasing weight, Chandan was facing the ugly truth when the sedentary lifestyle added fuel to the fire. 92 kgs on the weighing scale stared with fringes of health issues. Help from his brother, a doctor didn’t show much results.
As if by stroke of luck, he came in touch with Wellness Quotient through a friend and things began to fall in place.
