Gouthami had maintained a slim, fit & healthy body all throughout. But it started to change after her first pregnancy.
"I still took a chalta hai attitude", recalls Gouthami. But things took a bad turn after her second pregnancy. She lost control on important health paremeters like diet, workouts, sleep, etc.
Once in beautiful shape, now she had put on extra 10kg weight, along with backpain and hormonal imbalances.
"I hated to look like an aunty, barely in my thirties", Gouthami used to think.
Seeing many people transform themselves through Wellness Quotient, she decided to take the first step. Her husband being yoga instructor supported her through this journey.
After losing 10kg, with a toned body and a glowing face, people can hardly guess her age!
