Gain habits, lose weight!
For Shruti, it started with unhealthy eating habits and unusual sleeping patterns!
And then, when the pandemic hit and work from home started, Vitamin D deficiency showed up.
These habits led to PCOD, weight gain, lower back pain, and knee pain.
"Within a span of 3 months, I went from 55 kg to 67 kg, a dramatic increase of 12 kg!", recalls Shruti. "I didn't realize it until I looked at my photos from a wedding I'd attended. I realized that my face had gone from sleek to chubby and I'd gained weight".
And that's why when she met a WQ coach through her husband’s colleague. Enrolling in a health transformation program with Wellness Quotient made a lot of sense to her.
As she went through the program, she learnt the art of eating right, not less!
"I was hesitant at first. However, the community groups kept me motivated and challenged", says Shruti.
With a combination of eating right and bridging the gap with supplements and lifestyle changes, over the next few months, she lost 12 kg of weight.
Her chronic back pain is resolved and today she feels lighter, more energetic, happier and younger!
She is excited to share her journey and inspire others to take charge of their own health too.
