Finally got all pieces of the puzzle!
In spite of his busy schedule as a senior professional, Hanumanth would spend 2 hours every day, playing badminton.
But his weight of 98 kg wouldn't budge!
"I was health-conscious and never had a problem with my discipline", says Hanumanth, "but I wasn't sure what was missing".
When he met a WQ coach and got introduced to the Wellness Quotient community, he started to understand that only playing badminton wasn't enough!
Under the coach's guidance, he started making healthy changes to different aspects of his lifestyle.
And soon, the results were for everyone to see!
Within 3 months, he lost 18 kg and reduced his fat by close to 6%.
"But my biggest achievement is that I've been able to maintain my weight for 3 months now!", says a happy and confident Hanumanth!
