Anchal used to think that she would always be fit & healthy!
But working from home during the lockdown changed all her perceptions.
Sitting for long hours, eating at odd times, sleeping late at night and eating anything when hungry - all of it started to add up slowly.
All of it not just led to weight gain but also to acidity, gas, bloating, mouth ulcers, stress, back pain, sleeplessness and low immunity!
It was as if Anchal wasn't feeling healthy anymore! Her self efforts towards working out, controlling her diet portion etc. didn't yield many results.
"That is when I got alarmed and got in touch with a coach in the Wellness Quotient community who taught me about a healthy lifestyle", says Anchal.
She was surprised that within a span of 3 months, she was seeing the following results.
