Relief from severe knee pain!
Busy doing the utmost for her family and profession, Ananya neglected her own health!
On top of that, COVID came along and life became more sedentary.
Very soon, she realized that she had gained a few kilos and had severe pain in her left leg! The doctor diagnosed it as an early stage of osteoarthritis.
“I was unable to bend my legs!" says Ananya. "'There was excruciating pain when I stood up after sitting for some time".
She tried many things - exercises, doctors, medications - but nothing yielded lasting results.
In the meantime, she came to know of the Wellness Quotient community and decided to start taking guidance from a WQ coach.
During the program, her coach modified her exercise routine, taught her a balanced diet, bridged the nutritional gap, and educated her about correct cooking methods.
Over the next few months, her osteoarthritis condition improved significantly and she also lost 5 kg in the process.
"In the past, I couldn't do justice to both my career and family and it made me feel very helpless!", recalls Ananya. "But now I feel I've got a fresh lease of energy and flexibility".
