Belonging to a family of doctors, staying healthy has always been on top of Prabhat's list.
So, he maintained a regular workout and dietary routine to stay fit in his college days.
But when he started to work, things changed. "Being a foodie, biriyani is my favourite dish", says Prabhat.
During one of his routine blood works, he was shocked to see that his lipid profile parameters were off the charts!
His doctor gave him medications but also told him that lack of sleep and high stress were key contributors to his health condition. A few months later, he also suffered from a facial paralytic attack.
"Thanks to God that I came in touch with a WQ coach around that time and discussed my health and lifestyle corrections at length", recalls Prabhat. "Along with the medications and physiotherapy to take care of the paralytic attack, my coach helped me align to the circadian rhythm by focusing on all 6 pillars of health".
It took Prabhat 4 months to reverse his lifestyle and recover completely.
"This inspired me to first qualify as a coach with the Wellness Quotient community and eventually as a social influencer and a leader in this field", says Prabhat. "Now I help many others around me to adopt a healthy lifestyle"
Prabhat strongly believes that health is an asset and that staying healthy is an investment, not an expense!
