Being a foodie and having a hectic work schedule, junk food found its way into his meal plate at least 3 to 4 times a week. Result: He started putting on weight and became lethargic!
Finally, when he decided to take charge of his own health, he contacted a WQ coach. Over the next 5 to 6 months, he realized the importance of a balanced diet and the right nutrition and started implementing sustainable lifestyle changes. Not only has he lost 11kgs, but he also finds himself having better strength these days!
