My Weight loss is my wellness gain
My name is Kanishka More. I used to tell people, "Losing weight is so easy. I have done it so many times"! The only problem was... every time I lost a certain amount of weight, I'd put it right back on! I tried so many things. Crash diets, GM diet, Yoga and what not. With all of these I would lose 2-3 kgs. But I could not follow up for long enough and my energy level was reduced due to the crash diets. Whichever regime I followed, the moment I stopped it I would start over eating.
I knew that diet and lifestyle changes are important for losing weight in a healthy manner. So when I saw the benefits that other people in the Wellness Quotient community had got, I was very excited to start their program. I began a weight management program and I was able to shed 7 kgs in 4 months. The exciting thing was that my fat levels came down from 12 kgs to 9 kgs!
I am feeling so happy with the results of the program, fittingly called "The WOW program". I feel more energetic, active and younger looking. When my colleagues told me that my daughter and I look like sisters, I thought that was the best compliment I could ever get!
