Much more than just looking good for my sister's wedding!

All Pradnya wanted was to shed off some inches and kilos before her sister’s wedding.

She thought going to the gym and controlling her diet will do it all. She tried that with all her might (hitting the gym for 2 hours and controlling carbs) for 2 months and to her surprise, she didn’t even lose a single kilo!

When she had almost given up, she connected to a WQ coach who taught her a healthy lifestyle and helped her build habits.

The first thing she was asked to do was a blood test, which she was very skeptical about. But when she did, she realized that she had hypothyroidism!

That’s when she was guided to work on the root cause.

Pretty soon, she lost 5 kg within a span of 2 months and also significantly improved her hypothyroidism. Her TSH reduced from 7.5 to 2.2!

In addition to that, she also observed a host of other benefits like no more boils or body heat, reduced stress levels, better & deeper sleep and better energy levels, to name a few!
