Life without back pain is such a relief!

"Being a banker, physical activity was never part of my daily routine", says Chiranjib. "I spent more than half of my day sitting on a chair!"

To control his weight, Chiranjiib relied on homemade food and walking. But it didn't seem to work.

Being overweight made him less energetic and over time he developed severe back pain.

"I realized that my belly fat and extra weight is causing my back pain. So I was eager to get fit and gain my energy back", says Chiranjib, when he contacted Wellness Quotient expecting a solution to his health.

He started working with his WQ coach and learnt the right way to eat as per his body's needs.

A combination of the 6 pillars of health along with Chiranjib's commitment started to show results finally!

He lost 12 kg and his back pain was not a problem anymore.

"I finally achieved my ideal weight of 76 kg and love the feeling of being active and energetic throughout the day", says a happy Chiranjib today. "Got relief from my back pain without any medication. I'm happy that I built some sustainable habits which will continue with me forever"
