Active son = happy mom!

The feeling of low confidence when someone calls you fat can only be understood by someone who has experienced it.

At 16 years of age and 86 kg of weight, Armaan knew precisely what this meant!

"I always had a passion for football but I found it difficult to have a sustained performance on the ground", he recalls. "This demotivated me a lot".

That is when his mom came to know of Wellness Quotient and decided to take help from a WQ coach for her son.

"After following the WQ style of living, we are a lot happier", says Fatima, Armaan's mom.

Armaan feels very confident now when he is on the football field! And seeing him happy, his mom is very happy!

Now at 73 kg, Armaan feels confident and has improved stamina.
