my story

Shilpa grew up in Mumbai and worked there in her early 20s after completing her masters degree in computer application. She immigrated to America with her husband, Sachin, starting a new life full of personal and financial dreams and aspirations.

Living a busy life with two kids and working as a business analyst in the pharmaceutical industry, she found herself quickly losing her health. Although she is vegetarian and was eating home-cooked meals, she still gained 40 lbs. during her second pregnancy.

After researching and implementing a holistic approach of healing the body from inside, filling nutritional gaps, eating healthy food, and doing yoga practice everyday, she found her health gradually returning. Not only did she lose 40 lbs., but she built a strong core and maintained it. Being a passionate reader and health enthusiast, she completed many certifications and read more books about holistic health and wellness, everyday Ayurveda, optimal health, etc.

By developing healthy habits for mind and body, she not only helped herself and her family, but friends in her neighborhood and others around the world as well. Shilpa’s passion is for helping people live healthier lives, which she believes is the real wealth of life.
