Me and my husband, both are doctors by profession, due to which our schedule used to be very hectic. Both my kids used to have crankiness due to low energy levels. Being from a medical background, we were quite cautious about what we eat. Now my kids’ energy levels have significantly increased. Both my kids also manage to do 2 laps of running half a kilometer each day without fail. They are not cranky anymore and have an easy attitude towards their doctor parents' hectic schedule.
