my story

I did my MBA in HR & Finance and I used to work as an HR Executive in a brokerage firm along with managing my family. Due to sedentary lifestyle my weight has increased and BMI was at borderline and I was feeling lethargic most of the time. Due to asthmatic tendency, I was more sensitive to dust and cold. All the time I used to keep anti-allergic drugs handy with me. Gastric and acidity was also a matter of big concern for me. I had tried every possible and available solution in the market but no result, whatsoever. I was not sure if I could get rid of this one day. I was eagerly looking for a solution.

By the grace of God, I came across a couple who are more passionate about healthy lifestyle and they made me realize that what I was having was just a lifestyle problem. Their knowledge and guidance finally brought a light of hope for me and my family. Then under their supervision, not only I got rid of all my problems but also, I could help and guide my family to lead a healthy life too.

Today, being more passionate about Health and Wellness, researching about health from the best source of knowledge, I am not only capable of keeping my own family away from medicines, but also inspiring many others around me to take on the wellness path. I could realize that “an effort made for the happiness of others lifts us above ourselves”. This way I could find the purpose of my life.
