I was once like many others, struggling with weight gain and skin issues. I was out of shape, had hormonal imbalances, dull skin, and gut health so bad that I didn’t even know it could be better.
And I didn’t really know where to turn for the answers.
Through my journey of experimentation, I came across Wellness Quotient. While working with my coach, I discovered principles of healthy living that were simple and fit right into my routine.
Eating more so that I can lose more? I mean where else do you find such a win-win. As I progressed, not only I felt fitter but also happier from within. My skin was smooth to the touch, something that had never happened earlier. It drew out my natural curiosity and I enquired about opportunities at WQ community.
The more I learnt, the more I was intrigued. Most of the people in my circle were struggling with issues that the basic principles of health could fix. It increased my sense of urgency to help, to inspire and to create a bigger impact.
Today I feel I am making the most of my life - practicing what I am preaching and showing the path to others that once I walked.
