"My health transformation journey with my coach has been great!", says Ashu.

A health mom is a happy mom!

"Motherhood is the best phase for any woman, and it was so for me as well!", says Dr. Mandira.

She had gained quite a bit of weight after her delivery and the fear of not losing her stubborn postpartum weight was troubling her.

2 healthy pregnancies and 10 kg weight loss!

"During my first pregnancy, I had a lot of complications", says Leena. "Also, I developed gestational thyroid disorder".

She couldn't even drink water to take medicines and used to vomit a lot. This used to lead to acute weakness and she had to go for drips.

But when she got in touch with WQ coaches, she understood that it need not be like that. They started to guide Leena to make certain lifestyle changes.

"I took a lot of good nutrients which strengthened me and I started eating properly", Leena recalls.

3 months back, Amit took a decision to work on his body weight which was shooting above 90 kg!

Lighter, fitter and happier!

Always a foodie, Sekhar was living a sedentary lifestyle. Lockdown added fuel to the fire!

He put on weight consistently; in a few months, he was 94 kg and his waist measured 43 inches.

"I knew if I didn’t act now, I would be heading for a disaster", thought Sekhar. And that's when he approached Wellness Quotient.

Getting back in shape - the sustainable way!

"A positive change in life requires a coach because it requires one to go beyond their belief system" is how Dr. Bharat starts when asked to talk about his coach's role in his health transformation.

People who know him well know him as someone associated with the healthcare domain for many years now.

But off late, Dr. Bharat was worried since he was getting fat.

Losing a whopping 20 kg!

Dr. Divya, an ophthalmologist, had lost her confidence to lose weight!

But now she is an inspiration to everyone who wants to have a healthy weight loss journey.

After finishing her MBBS, she was preparing for her PG by studying 15 to 16 hours daily with no attention to health. The result was that she moved from 68 kg to 88 kg in no time!

Fixing so many health issues is awesome!

Nidhi loved fitness, gymming and being physically active. But things changed after her pregnancy.

Amid raising her daughter, and taking care of her home and her family, she wasn’t able to give enough time for her own health.

Before she could realise it, she had put on an extra weight of 10 kg, Her blood tests showed high cholesterol levels, hypothyroidism, high uric acid and low haemoglobin levels.

Gain habits, lose weight!

For Shruti, it started with unhealthy eating habits and unusual sleeping patterns!

And then, when the pandemic hit and work from home started, Vitamin D deficiency showed up.

These habits led to PCOD, weight gain, lower back pain, and knee pain.

Lost a whopping 30 kg!

Dr Ankush is a veterinarian working in Silvassa.

Working with a very hectic schedule and a very stressful job, eating times were erratic!

"At 27, it was very disheartening to see me at an extra 15 kg of weight", says Aman.

Aman had always seen his parents struggling with lifestyle disorders like diabetes and thyroid and never wanted to fall a victim to them.

MY HORMONES ARE MY BEST FRIENDS NOW!

"I get scared when I remember my health condition a few months back!" recalls Reshma.

A 38-year-old proud farmer from Satara, Maharashtra and mom to a teenage girl, she was overweight since my childhood.

"Words like "healthy" & "fluffy" were commonly used to describe me as a child", says Reshma. "And by the time I was a teenager, I was already overweight".

Not knowing much about the impact of this in long run, she never bothered about reducing her weight.

I can wear my college dresses now!

"I tried walking and some exercise tips from the internet, but I used to regain the weight after some time", says Pranati, who had been trying to lose her post-pregnancy weight!

It made her feel low on confidence. On top of that, acidity was a big issue for the last 3 to 4 years. She wanted to change her lifestyle.

"After my marriage, my weight gradually increased & I started to see so many physical challenges in my body", recalls Ami!

Laziness, sleep issues and feeling uneasy were frequent for her.

A 360 degree transformation!

Mood swings, frequent headaches, poor sleep quality, fatigue - that is how Pragya used to describe her life!

Unhealthy eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle were the obvious culprits.
