From sedentary to an active lifestyle!

FROM A SEDENTARY TO AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE!

Dr. Sachin, a veterinary doctor, had a very busy work schedule and sedentary lifestyle made him overweight. Added to this, his cholesterol levels were also very high!

But then he decided to do something about it and approached a WQ coach. Over the next few months, not only did he lose 14kgs, he also improved his cholesterol levels. "I have better stamina now and feel more energetic", says Dr. Sachin. His digestion has also improved.
