Reducing weight and maintaining it for a year!

"I'm from a Bengali family and I'm a big-time foodie" is how Soumyadip would introduce himself!

But he badly wanted to reduce body fat.

"I used to feel lethargic throughout the day and due to my desk job and sedentary lifestyle, I developed back pain as well", he recalls.

He had tried going to the gym & running and would lose a few kilos but also gain back every time.

"I couldn't sustain my weight loss and eventually would lose motivation" is how every of his weight loss journey ended!

Then he took guidance from a WQ coach and learnt about sustainable weight loss. He understood that there are other health pillars apart from exercise.

In a few months, he reduced 12 kg and 5.5 inches of belly fat!

"The best part is that it has been more than a year now and I haven't gained a single kilo! And I'm enjoying all my food in a mindful way", says an excited Soumyadip.

He got freedom from back pain and along with that his metabolism & digestive health have improved a lot. He feels more energetic throughout the day.
