Pot belly to flat belly

Nikhil had been suffering from chronic back pain every morning due to a sedentary lifestyle.

On top of that, staying in Singapore and working from home, he gained 4 kg in 5 months during pandemic.

"Realising that I've to do something about it, I'd been practicing a few exercises on my own for 6 months, but the pain hadn't subsided much", recalls Nikhil.

He also wanted to reduce his belly fat and become fit in a healthy way. Finally he reached out to a WQ coach on Instagram.

But after discussing the elements of good and holistic health with his WQ coach, Nikhil started adopting small and simple changes.

Within 3 months, he reduced his weight from 70 kg to 62 kg and his waist size reduced from 34 to 32 inches.

He could once more fit into his old trousers!

Nikhil's back pains have also significantly improved with right physiotherapy exercise and he feels more energetic and fit throughout the day.
