This is a question which was troubling Srinivas for quite some time.
But when he started working under the guidance of a WQ coach, he realised that his sedentary lifestyle, irregular work shifts and odd sleeping hours were the culprit!
"When I decided to lose weight, I explored many options but couldn't find myself to trust any of them", recalls Srinivas. "I wanted to follow something where I can improve my overall health along with losing weight"
Finally, he decided to go ahead with a WQ coach.
She guided him on his diet plan, nutrition requirements, meal timings, exercise plan, etc.
"Under her guidance, I could lose 12 kilos in 7 months", says a happy Srinivas,
Along with that, my cholesterol levels and fat percentage have improved!
"Thanks to the WQ team for creating such an encouraging environment to keep me moving on in my overall health journey", he says today with gratitude.
