Not letting COVID period get the better of me!

Anita and cups of tea were almost inseparable!

On a normal day, it was 3 to 4 cups minimum. On some days, it was even 6 to 8 cups. That was her level of cravings.

During COVID times, when her weight reached 92 kg, she finally decided to take her health seriously and approached a WQ coach.

But it wasn't easy!

Managing jobs and kids during COVID along with efforts toward losing weight took some determination.

But after losing 17 kg, she is able to sustain it for 3 months now too.

"Some people ask me what drinks did you take to lose weight", says Anita amusingly, "and I tell them that you guessed it wrong!"

She understands that the magic is in the change in food habits, being disciplined with workouts and working on all pillars of health simultaneously. And yes, her cravings are gone completely.

At the same time, it's not about giving up on your favorite food!
