Free from high blood pressure

Dr. Viraj has always been a fitness freak.

But due to work stress and disturbed sleep, he developed high blood pressure at a young age!

There he worked on all of his health parameters like diet, sleep, and stress management.

Within 3 months, he saw tremendous improvement in his health, digestion, and energy levels. He also lost 11 kg weight.

And to his surprise, on his next visit to the doctor, he was advised to stop his BP medicine!
