A sustainable weight loss story!

The COVID period was not the same for everyone.

While some of us enjoyed the lockdown period, some like Dr. Swarupa were busy with their work! As a healthcare professional, she had lots of responsibilities to run!

Knowing the importance of health very well and the perils of not paying attention to it, Dr Swarupa decided to approach a WQ coach.

Gradually, she started to work on her health with her responsibilities under the guidance of the coach.

With a few simple changes and keeping her health as a priority, she was able to reduce 9 kg of weight in 2.5 months. But more interestingly, she has been able to maintain it for the last 8 months too!

She is still busy as a healthcare professional, but she also understands that health is the topmost priority and works constantly to maintain it well.
