Losing a whopping 20 kg!

Dr. Divya, an ophthalmologist, had lost her confidence to lose weight!

But now she is an inspiration to everyone who wants to have a healthy weight loss journey.

After finishing her MBBS, she was preparing for her PG by studying 15 to 16 hours daily with no attention to health. The result was that she moved from 68 kg to 88 kg in no time!

When multiple attempts to exercise & diet failed, she thought her body structure was as such that she might never lose weight.

"Moreover, I wasn’t sure as to how I'll manage my weight loss journey as I was called for emergency cases and had to prioritize patients’ health over my own", she recalls. "I lost my confidence but still knew that something had to be done about my weight".

Finally, she met her brother's friend who referred her to a WQ coach from whom they had already achieved their own weight loss goal!

Once Dr. Divya started her health program with WQ by following the guidance provided by her coach in terms of increasing water intake, a complete change in diet, natural supplementation to bridge her nutrition gaps, meditation & exercise provided by the community, she had lost 6 kg within a month which was quite surprising for her.
