Lose weight, not health!
Can busy working professional, a mom and losing post pregnancy weight go together? Most would doubt its possible.
Such was the case with Anjali as well.
Busy with a successful career in IT and a mom, Anjali has always been wanting to lose weight, especially the extra fat she had put on after her pregnancy.
But she didn't want to fall in for any of the fad diets available around. After all, she wanted to lose weight the healthy way, not harm the body in any other way during the process!
When she heard about Wellness Quotient and reviewed their testimonies, she wanted to give it a try. In the next eight months, she lost about 14 kilos - going from 67.9 kg to 55.5 kg. The best thing is that she now she weighs as she used to during her college days!
Talking about her experience during this journey, she says, "I also realized that weight loss is not just about appearance, but also about eliminating the probability of numerous lifestyle diseases if done in a healthy way."
