5 YEARS OF BP MEDICATION STOPPED!

Being a doctor, Dr. Sidharth has a travelling job which led him to stay away from family and home cooked food.

Soon his lifestyle brought in high blood pressure, cholesterol, fatty liver and acidity.

"I stopped eating outside and hired a cook. I used to follow a daily exercise routine and a few healthy habits to the best of my knowledge. But I did not get the expected results." Says Dr. Sidharth.

That is when he decided to seek professional guidance and contacted a common family friend, Dr. Nivedita who is a coach in the WQ community.

"After I started working with my coach, I learnt the right combination of exercises, diet and balancing my food with the right nutrition" says a happy Dr. Sidharth.

Now he is very excited to list down the improvements:

-Improved sleep

-Managed stress

-BP came down to 130/80

-SGPT reduced from 64 to 23

-LDL reduced from 134 to 88

-Fatty liver improved

-Energy and Stamina improved

-Acidity reduced

"I stopped my BP medication as per the doctor's suggestion. I also lost 10 kg weight and I feel much lighter and better. Now I am on my way to achieving my ideal weight." says Dr. Sidharth with a sigh of relief.

When asked for a message to the people who are in the same place when he started, he said "I would definitely recommend a guided program to achieve your expected results and if we can follow a holistic health approach, we can be free from long-term medications".
