Who Are We?

We usually do not send people a text or an automated email template.
We still pick up the phone and call people to talk to them.
Because we are the ones who still believe in building it the hard way.

We know our clients and their husband and their wife and their kids and their parents.
And more importantly, they know us.
Because we are making an impact in their lives.

We like to surprise you with a gift. One that we ordered for you specifically. With thought.
And we like to write a note telling you how special you are.
One that can’t be bought anywhere in the world.

Our internal meetings are like family gatherings.
There is laughter and tears both. Often.

We are cheering for each other.
And we still feel the pull when we get left behind.

Yes we charge for our programs. But most times we even forget that it’s renewal time.
Because we take your wellness journey personally and get involved in it.

We keep searching and reading and researching about new things.
We keep talking to people to find the best. And we like to visit and see it for ourselves.
Because we give you only what we use with our family at home.
We don’t just recommend or sell. We share.

Sometimes we spend time and attention worth 2999/- for a challenge of 299/-.
If you take 2 steps, we take 20 steps.
That’s why we keep reminding you even when you stop responding.
It’s irritating. But isn’t that how your mom was?

We find our customers one-by-one. Unbelievable. Because mass marketing gets the mass.
We are for the class.

Corporate flyers and posts are beautiful. They have palettes and templates.
Family flyers are done with the heart.
Because they are done by one of us.

We don’t have a boss, nor an employee.
Everyone is first name. Other times it’s bhaiya and bhabhi and didi.

We don’t hire and we don’t fire. We accept membership into a community.
And we qualify to stay here. Unique.

We don’t do jobs internally.
We contribute.

We don’t have Manager, VP, Director…we have Player, Captain, Coach, Leader, Contributor.
We are a team. We play. It’s fun.

People don’t join us and then switch.
They sign up for life or just simply retire.

Culture is not a corporate strategy for us.
It’s our identity. Because it is for life.
